Useful information & general terms

Check-in: you can arrive early in the morning, unload your luggage, park your car and go directly to relax on the beach. Your room will be available from 2.30 pm.

Check-out: upon departure we ask you to hand over the room key and leave the parking space by 10:00 am. This will allow us to prepare for new guests on time, in perfect order. If you still want to spend a few more hours at the beach, you can use our luggage storage and we will recommend alternative parking for the car.

 

Reservation terms

To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total stay. In case of multiple bookings (more than 3 rooms booked together), the amount of the deposit will be equal to 50% of the total.

By paying you accept our booking and cancellation conditions. The deposit will not be transferable to other periods or other booked rooms.

You can pay the deposit in various ways:

In the event that the name is different from that of the reservation, please specify it.

NB: you can pay your deposit in easy installments, we will agree at the time of your booking.

 

Terms of payment

If you wish to pay your account by check or bank transfer, please notify us promptly upon arrival to make the payment on time, thank you.

 

Cancellation policy

Cancellations, late arrivals or early departures are always unwelcome situations on both sides, but unfortunately they can happen!

If insurance is not taken out and you have to cancel within 30 days before the day of arrival, you can request the entire refund of the deposit.

For cancellations between the 29th and 11th day before arrival, we will transform the the deposit in the form of a voucher to be spent on a holiday at the Gambrinus Mare, valid until the 2024 season.

For cancellations from the 10th day upon arrival at the hotel, the entire amount of the deposit will be retained.

 

With the insurance, you protect your deposit even with last-second cancellations!

Holiday insurance

With the “Stornohotel” cancellation insurance, you can secure your hotel stay before and during your trip. The policy, in fact, covers the cancellation penalties of your hotel reservation if you have to cancel your trip and guarantees you a refund in the event of trip interruption after departure, at a cost of 4% of the total stay, to be stipulated within 48 hours following the sending of the deposit.

The contract will be stipulated directly with the insurance company.
